Julie Alvarado is an art director and designer with 15 years of experience ranging from creative strategy and campaign development to web design and brand identity.
Analytical and innovative, she is experienced at helping build brands through authentic, well-crafted storytelling, innovative visual solutions, and compelling campaigns that deliver measurable results.
An east coast transplant originally hailing from California, she received her BFA in art and graphic design from Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia. Prior to that, she spent six years in the US Navy. Her time in the military taught her to remain calm under pressure and to respond to challenges with a flexible nature and decisive actions. She currently lives and works in Richmond, Virginia.
