With a multi-million-dollar expansion complete, Brandermill Woods didn’t want to lose any momentum in the market, needing a campaign that highlighted all of the new services and amenities offered. FIVE19 created a new campaign, “Because That's How You Do Retirement” that included several TV spots, original score and print ads. The campaign emphasized all of the thing’s residents could enjoy at Brandermill Woods instead of worrying about everyday chores and responsibilities. A humorous, light hearted campaign showcased the resort style living that many enjoy at Brandermill Woods. Strategic media planning and buying continued to bring brand awareness and brand equity to the community.
